Privacy Policy
1.1 Data Controller. BuildFormPInter, registered at 52 Rue Monsieur le Prince, 75006 Paris, France, is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website. Contact: [email protected].
1.2 Data Collected. We collect the following personal information when you submit a contact form or request a consultation: full name, email address, phone number, company name, and any additional details you provide in your project description.
1.3 Purpose of Processing. Your data is processed exclusively for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, preparing a project proposal, delivering contracted services, and maintaining statutory financial records as required by French commercial law.
1.4 Legal Basis. Processing is carried out under Article 6(1)(b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures — and Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
1.5 Data Retention. Personal data is retained for a maximum of 36 months from the last interaction, after which it is securely deleted. Financial records are retained for 10 years in compliance with French tax legislation.
1.6 Data Sharing. We do not sell, rent, or distribute personal data to third-party brokers. Data may be shared with trusted service providers (hosting, payment processing) solely for the purpose of service delivery, under strict data processing agreements.
1.7 Your Rights. Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and port your personal data. 1.8 International Transfers. All personal data is stored within the European Union. If data is transferred outside the EU, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.
Terms of Service
2.1 Scope of Services. BuildFormPInter provides digital development services including CRM dashboard development, cloud infrastructure automation, sales pipeline integration, enterprise API development, analytics engineering, lead scoring, multi-tenant architecture, DevOps CI/CD setup, and database migration. All services are delivered as described in individual Statements of Work (SOW).
2.2 Quotations & Payment. All quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Payment terms are 50% upon project commencement and 50% upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments incur a statutory interest rate of three times the French legal interest rate.
2.3 Intellectual Property. Upon complete settlement of all agreed invoices, BuildFormPInter assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the delivered software, code, design assets, and documentation to the Client. BuildFormPInter retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio unless explicitly declined in writing.
2.4 Delivery & Acceptance. Delivery timelines are estimates provided in good faith. The Client has 14 calendar days from delivery to request modifications. After this acceptance period, the deliverable is deemed accepted. Revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed at €120/hour.
2.5 Limitation of Liability. BuildFormPInter's total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. BuildFormPInter shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
2.6 Confidentiality. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 24 months.
Refund & Reimbursement Policy
4.1 Cancellation Before Commencement. If the Client cancels a project before work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 14 business days, minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred (e.g., domain registrations, API setup fees).
4.2 Cancellation During Delivery. If the Client cancels after work has commenced, BuildFormPInter will invoice for all work completed to date on a pro-rata basis. The Client will receive all completed deliverables and source code upon settlement of the outstanding invoice.
4.3 Defective Deliverables. If a delivered service materially fails to meet the specifications agreed in the SOW, BuildFormPInter will rectify the deficiency at no additional cost within 30 calendar days. If rectification is not possible, a partial refund proportional to the deficient component will be issued.
4.4 Refund Process. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 calendar days of delivery. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
4.5 Non-Refundable Items. Consultation fees, discovery phase deliverables, and third-party license costs are non-refundable once delivered. Monthly retainer services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice; the current billing period is non-refundable.
